Addiction!
Let me just say I am totally addicted to this! It's really not going to help me lose any weight before my sisters wedding...but right now I think it just might be worth it! YUM! (The picture doesn't do it justice.)

It has been exactly one year since my last post. Oops! So obviously I'm not much of a blogger, but I've been told lately that I need to update it. Probably because a lot has happened in the past year. I'll just give you the highlight of the past year.
July - We went to the Maxine and Delos Andrews Family Reunion! It was very fun and Faith finally got to meet her Grandpa! Thanks Mom, Dad, and Tarbets for making that happen!
September - I had appendicitis and had to have my appendix removed. That wasn't one of the best experiences of my life. I learned that some doctors have absolutely ZERO bedside manner, which is not okay to me when you are having surgery.
October - We found out that we were pregnant with our second child. Walgreen's brand pregnancy tests are pretty amazing. I got an accurate positive result at about one week gestation.
November - Faith turned one!! She has grown so stinkin' fast! We love our little angel and had a fun time with family celebrating her birthday!
December - We celebrated Steven's birthday!! Yay for him being 25 so our car insurance went WAY down!! My sister Emily came to celebrate Christmas with us! It was so fun to have her here with us and told her that we expect her to spend Christmas with us again. I think every other year sounds good! Right?
January - I made the whirlwind decision to go back to school!!! I had thought about it for a while and decided it probably wasn't going to happen. Then my sister Lisa reminded me that we had promised each other that we would take sign language 101 together and she was going to take it at MCC. We found a class that would work for both of us and viola I am a college student again.
February - We celebrated my birthday and got our tax return!!! WooHoo!
March - Steven had the opportunity to baptize his good friend Rick - aka Bump - It was a really neat experience for all of us! We are so proud of him and the progress he has made.
April - My sister Marianne and her family moved to New Mexico which is a quick 6-7 hour drive from our house so we just had to make the trip! We had a fun time with them and they were such gracious hosts! Her children were so excited to show us around the zoo and aquarium. A great time was had by all and we hope to be able to see them more now that they are a little closer!
May - My mother-in-law and sister-in-law threw me a baby shower! It was so sweet of them! We had a great time! Sorry I don't have any pictures :(
June - Steven Mathew Erickson Jr. made his debut!! He is such a sweet baby boy! I labored with him all day on June 8th. We went to the hospital in the late evening and he was born 2 hours after arriving at the hospital. He was born at 12:02 am (midnight) weighing at 8 lbs 5 ozs and was 21 inches long! We all just adore him and can't imagine life with out him.

Steven had two weeks off from work and as soon as he went back to work my mom was here from Pennsylvania!! She was such a great help and we were very sad when her two weeks were up and she had to go back home. Thanks Mom for coming and thank you Dad and Caleb for sharing her with us!!
My sister, Emily, also came to visit us! Faith LOVES her aunt Emily and calls all fun girls that come to our house Emily.
And that brings us to now - July - and I can't think of anything out of the ordinary that has happened yet this month. We still have half of the month left though! That leaves us plenty of time for something exciting to happen!! We'll see what the future holds!
