Tires!!!

So today, I was out running some errands and I was about to go and drop something off at my cousin Ashley's house. I called her to see if it was ok to come and I told her I'd be there in about 15 minutes. As soon as I hung up the phone I realized that my car was pulling pretty dang hard to the left and that something was wrong. Not 5 seconds later I heard the horrible sound that comes with having a flat tire on the freeway. I hurried to pull over so I could asses the situation. Just as I thought...my driver rear tire was totally flat. So I called Ashley and told her I 'd be a little longer than expected and what was going on. She asked if I needed help and then I said that I'll check it out and see how hard it is and if I need help I'll call Steven. After I hung up the phone with her, I figured Steven would kill me if I tried to do it myself. So I called him. When I left he was outside doing yard work and didn't have his phone out there with him, so I crossed my fingers that he would pick up. To my surprise, he did. I told him what had happend and he came to my rescue (I also told him to bring the camera so I could take pictures!) I called Ashley to tell her that he was coming and that I'm learning what things are ok to be super independent in and what things are not.

Lesson 1: When you are 7 months pregnant, don't try or even think to change a tire, on the side of the freeway, by yourself! I thought about it, but quickly realized how hot it is in Arizona in the middle of September!!!!
Lesson 2: Always buy road hazard when you buy tires!!! It will save you lots of $$$$ in the long run!!!
Lesson 3: Don't buy Summitomo Tires. They wear out way fast! Stick with Goodyear or Michelin!!

Funny Story...

So...first of all...I decided that Lisa is the only person who reads my blog. But that is ok.

So, Lisa:

Today, I was out for a walk and I stopped and the gas station to get some water and go to the bathroom (I know oxy moron). When I left to head back home there were these two teenage boys who were hanging out just outside of the gas station. One of them said "I'd kill myself" and I just walked by like it was none of my business...cause it wasn't right? Wrong...next he said "if I were 17 and pregnant I'd kill myself." Then I turned around, told him I was 22, and walked away. I just thought it was kind of funny that he thought I was 17. When I told Steven the story I decided to take it as a complement...because he thinks I look 5 years younger than I actually am.

I've always had people tell me I look younger than I am, and I used to hate it when I was younger, but I knew one day it wouldn't bother me at all! Haha...I guess that day has finally come - with really good timing too, cause some days I feel really old and tired!

Well...Steven is supposed to be rubbing my feet now...so I better get off to take advantage of that while I can!!!

This one was a long time ago...I was only 16 weeks.

Camouflaged Belly at 29 weeks

Here you go...here's a good shot! This is also 29 weeks.

So I have a friend who lives in Wisconsin who asked me if I had a huge belly yet? I don't know if it is. Steven said that it's huge, but I don't know? What do you think? Haha...don't worry, you won't hurt my feelings!

I know...It's been forever!!

The other day Steven and I were talking and he said something really funny! Well funny to me.

So...I decided that I don't have to have kids to have a section of funny things that they said. My husband says enough funny things that he can have his own column. So...we were talking about tri-athelons and he was talking about the different events in and IronMan. And Steven said that Bikeling (bicycling) was one of the events.

Ok...so I'll admit...it doesn's sound as funny now as it did before. So, maybe, I won't start a column for him.

My mom requested a profile shot of my belly. I've been avoiding posting any on here, but I guess I'll give in...so in a couple of days I'll get one on here.
